Refund / Cancellation Policy

Pre-payment Booking (iPay88) is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended, modified or cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to arrive before 11.59PM same day will be treated as no show, and no refund will be given.

Pay at the Property is considered as Non-Guarantee booking and failure to arrive before 6.00PM the same day will be treated as no show and booking will be cancelled.
